The brief was to provide an evaluation and assessment of the conservation issues based upon existing background documents and research, and looking at existing fabric on the site.

Urban Design study for Bristol Bus Station

The purpose of the study was to investigate possible solutions for the redevelopment of the existing bus station site.
The aim of the two solutions illustrated was to create a primarily pedestrian shopping area as a continuation of Broadmead. The proposed development would be a mixture of retail, office and residential use with the intention of beginning to create a mutually supportive community.

Urban Design study for Ilfracombe, Devon

Proposed development plans for regenerating areas of the town including the Promenade, the harbour and the High Street for a private developer in partnership with North Devon District Council.
