Richard Pedlar Architects was founded
in 1978 and has specialist skills in conservation. The award winning
practice has an established, strong reputation for obtaining planning
consents on difficult sites particularly in relation to Listed Buildings
and within Conservation Areas.
Over the years we have worked closely with a wide range of clients:
each project has presented us with new opportunities to produce thoughtful,
well designed solutions. We strive to make each project an enjoyable
and satisfying experience for our client.
With the client we aim to develop a clear but flexible brief which
is able to respond to changing circumstances, ensuring that cost information
is part of the design process at each stage.
