Christchurch, Rode, Somerset

Conversion of Grade 2* listed church into a house with a violin workshop.

Former Chapel at 683 Fishponds Road, Fishponds, Bristol.

The former chapel is currently used as a car dealership, it faces onto Fishponds Road and is a landmark building within a Conservation Area. The proposed scheme is to convert the building into sixteen apartments and 3000 sq. ft of office space.

The existing church hall and institute building, which were in a poor state of structural repair, have now been restored and stabilised and the church hall re-roofed to provide multi purpose accommodation for church and community use.

Porthleven Methodist Church, Porthleven, Cornwall

This proposed extension to a Grade 2* Listed Building includes a new entrance foyer, hall, meeting rooms and ancillary accommodation. It involves minimal intervention to the existing fabric and is planned for both church and community use. The project involves the coordination of European funding.
