New house on Chertsey Road, Redland, Bristol

Proposed new house in a Conservation Area. The new house is to be located between two nineteenth century villas. It is set behind an enclosed, landscaped courtyard accessed through an existing stone wall. Off street parking is provided with an integral garage at half basement level. The living accommodation is distributed over three floors maximising the daylight from the north east and south west.
