St. Michael and All Angels, Bishopston, Bristol

The existing church hall and institute building, which were in a poor state of structural repair, have now been restored and stabilised and the church hall re-roofed to provide multi purpose accommodation for church and community use.

John Wesley’s Chapel, Broadmead, Bristol

Haydon Wick United Reformed Church, Swindon

Substantial extensions and alterations to the original chapel to provide an enlarged area for worship and multipurpose activities. The upgraded accommodation involved repairs and maintenance works, lighting and heating installations.

This proposed extension to a Grade 2* Listed Building includes a new entrance foyer extension, a new hall and meeting rooms and ancillary accommodation. It involves minimal intervention to the existing fabric and is planned for church and community use. The project involves the coordination of European funding.

This is a two part project, with the first phase of internal redecoration and heating designed to give the church encouragement and a sense of well being. The feasibility study proposes a spatial arrangement that addresses the modern worship and secular needs of the community.

Temple Methodist Church, Taunton

Proposals to establish a new entrance and foyer, new circulation and new church hall. Reordering of the church worship area to achieve flexibility of use for music, lectures and drama. New lighting, decorations and heating. A new staircase is introduced to unite the ground floor worship area with the gallery above.
